Designed for busy couples who are looking for their perfect
venue, but who do not have the time to investigate the numerous
wedding ceremony or reception locations available across the
UK.
Organised Events will search for a suitable venue for you
based on your requirements. This service is available for
couples who do not wish to utilise one of the wedding co-ordination
packages above.

RSVP SERVICE AND GUEST ASSISTANCE
Organised Events offers an RSVP service which involves providing
busy couples with a contact address, telephone number and
email address to give as the RSVP address on their invitations.
In addition to keeping track of guest numbers and managing
responses, Organised Events also assists guests with accommodation
and travel requirements, provides advice and can also co-ordinate
the wedding list.
This helps to save time for the Bride and Groom who are also
shielded from some of the small queries guests often have,
enabling them to focus on the more important wedding arrangements.
Any personal RSVP cards are forwarded to the Bride and Groom.
PERSONALISED WEDDING INVITATIONS AND
ORDERS OF SERVICE
Organised Events supplies the Beautiful Beginnings range of
wedding stationery created and printed by Fine Impressions.
There’s a choice of traditional, romantic or contemporary
styles.
We offer a nationwide mail order service and provide free
samples of wedding stationery items. Order your wedding invitations

PRICING
We charge a set fee for each of our services which is NOT
based on a percentage of the cost of your wedding. Our fees
vary according to the location of the wedding and ceremony,
the amount of assistance required and the number of suppliers
involved.
Once we have a full understanding of your requirements, we
will provide you with a written proposal. The price is guaranteed
so you know exactly what you are paying and will not incur
any extra hidden charges at a later date.
Hiring a Wedding Co-ordinator can save you money due to our
ability to secure discounts on your behalf. If you’re
not convinced try our Venue Finding Service. Not only will we find an ideal wedding venue for
you, but it will also give you a chance to get to know us.
If you find you are impressed with our service, ideas and
advice, book either our Complete Wedding Consultation or Wedding
Extravaganza package, and we will refund the cost of the Venue
Finding service.
